Phil is also a MD-licensed realtor and a member of the board of realtors, Anne Arundel County Association of realtors, and team member of Blackwell Real Estate in Annapolis, MD. In 2015, PS Services was born to serve as Maryland's most reliable maintenance resource for facility managers throughout the community.
